GHR-DB100 vacuum capping machine

Introduction: This machine consists of a conveyor belt, a rotating disk, automatic capping, automatic capping, automatic capping, vacuum hood, top bottle, and bottle dispensing components. The transmission of the bottle conveyor belt is driven by a 0.09KW speed regulating motor, and the plastic flat top chain rotates it in a certain direction. The conveying speed of the bottles can be adjusted. To ensure that each bottle can reach the set vacuum level, first, the nylon bottle holding mold under the vacuum hood tightly holds the bottle body, and then screw the lid while vacuuming. Wrap the bottle cap with a brushed belt, and then tighten the cap while rotating mechanically to ensure consistent sealing of each bottle.
